中国2016上半年平均加薪幅度较去年同期下降

2016年8月26日，据上海日报与中智的调查数据显示，中国2016年上半年的平均工资涨幅从去年同期的8.7%下降到7%。

该调查还显示，上海员工在今年上半年工资平均增长了6.7%，这是一线城市中的最低水平。同时，深圳、北京和广州的工资上涨幅度为7.1%至8.8%，而二线城市工资上涨的平均水平为7%。

工资平均增长幅度下降的原因是中国经济增长速度放缓。
