皖北经济技术学校与天坤国际集团正式举行合作办学签约仪式

8月3日上午，临泉与天坤国际控股集团就皖北经济技术学校委托管理举行签约仪式。天坤国际控股集团董事局主席王云雷、副县长葛金海在委托管理协议书上签字，这标志着双方合作办学进入实质性阶段。
